Our Christian Vision and Values
The Trinity Federation Christian Vision
'I have come that you may have life in all its fullness.' John 10:10
At Worfield Endowed CE Primary School, we recognise that we are part of a federation of three Christian schools. We join together as The Trinity Federation aligned by our overarching Christian Vision; Life in all its fullness.
Recognising their historic foundation, the schools will preserve and develop their religious character in accordance with the principles of the Church of England and in partnership with the Church at parish and diocesan level.
The schools aim to serve their community by providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice. They encourage an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith, and promote Christian values through the experience they offer to all their pupils.
Worfield Endowed CE Primary School Christian Vision
'Grow in grace' Peter 2, 3:18
For Christians, Jesus’ death on the cross is the ultimate revelation of God’s grace and loving forgiveness. We are inspired by Jesus and his actions and are thankful for all that we have and are. We acknowledge that others may not be in the same position as us. We show no judgement, but compassion and care. We remember that it is with God’s help that we also help each other. This act of will is motivated by love and is seen through treating others with grace and to be forgiving, no matter the cost.
We grow in many different ways, and our vision, underpinned by Peter’s words enable our pupils to go on that journey together with the inspiration of Jesus behind us to develop and flourish, now and in the future. We appreciate that we all are unique and different and through God, we help and support the development of all of our pupils no matter our differences.
At Worfield Endowed CE Primary, we are dedicated to increasing opportunities for our pupils and delivering high quality education through an embedded Christian ethos. This enables our children to endeavour to be the best that they can be; ambitious and with a thirst to live a life that is varied and full of learning, growing, helping, reward, joy, excitement and caring for each other.
